RSU

RSU. A restricted stock unit providing a Participant with the right to receive Stock (or cash) at a date on or after vesting in accordance with the terms of such grant and/or upon the attainment of Performance Criteria specified by the Committee in the Award in accordance with section 10 below

RSU. A restricted share unit allocated to a Participant in accordance with Section 5 which shall upon issuance, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Plan, entitle the holder thereof to receive a combination of RSU Shares and cash

RSU. A restricted stock unit award granted to a non-employee member of the Board pursuant to the LTIP

RSU. A stock unit awarded under Parent's 2007 Stock Incentive Plan

RSU. Represents the obligation of the Corporation to transfer one share of common stock of the Corporation, $.01 par value (the "Common Stock"), at the time provided in this Agreement, provided such RSU is vested at that time

RSU. A restricted stock unit, which is a right, granted in accordance with Section 10, to receive Common Stock or a cash payment of the Fair Market Value of Common Stock, or both

RSU. An unfunded and unsecured promise of the Corporation to deliver (or cause to be delivered) to the holder, a Share (or, in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, cash equal to the Fair Market Value of the Share) on a delivery date as provided under the applicable Award Agreement

RSU. Means a restricted stock unit denominated in shares of the Company's common stock granted or that may be granted to an Eligible Participant under the Plan subject to service-based (but not performance-based) vesting conditions

RSU. The meaning set forth in Paragraph 1 of the Agreement

RSU. Shall mean a Restricted Stock Unit under which Executive shall have the right to receive Shares and Dividend Units and other dividends and distributions thereon, accruing as a result of such RSU, upon vesting based on time vesting requirements.
