RU Ratio

RU Ratio. The rentable area of a floor of the Building divided by the usable area of such floor, both of which shall be computed in accordance with American National Standard Z65.1-1996 Method of Measuring Floor Space in Office Buildings as published by the Building Owners and Managers Association, as amended from time to time.
