Rule 144 and Rule 144
Rule 144 and Rule 144. Shall mean Rule 144 and Rule 144(k), respectively, promulgated under the Securities Act as in effect at the time in question and any successor to Rule 144 or Rule 144(k) and any similar exemption adopted in the future.
