Example Definitions of "Rule 144"
Rule 144. Shall mean Rule 144 promulgated by the SEC under the Securities Act, or any similar rule or regulation permitting the sale of securities without registration under the Securities Act hereafter promulgated by the SEC, as the same may be amended and in effect from time to time.
Rule 144. Means Rule 144 under the 1933 Act or any successor rule. 3
Rule 144. Shall mean Rule 144 under the 1933 Act.
Rule 144. Means Rule 144 (or any successor provision) under the Act. (xxxi) the term "Sprint" has the meaning set forth in the recitals; and

"Rule 144A", "Rule 158", "Rule 415", "Rule 424", or "Rule 429", respectively, means such specified rule promulgated by the Commission pursuant to the Securities Act, as such rule may be amended from time to time, or any similar rule or regulation hereafter adopted by the Commission as a replacement thereto having substantially the same effect as such rule.
