RULE 15c3L

RULE 15c3L. Shall mean Rule 15c3-l of the General Rules and Regulations as promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (17 CFR 240.15c3-l), as such Rule may be amended from time to time, or any rule or regulation of the Commission which replaces Rule 15c3-l.
