Example Definitions of "Rule 415"
Rule 415. Means Rule 415 under the Securities Act or any successor rule(s) providing for offering securities on a continuous or delayed basis.
Rule 415. Shall mean Rule 415 promulgated under the Securities Act, or any similar successor rule, as the same shall be in effect from time to time.
