Runtime Credit Ratio

Runtime Credit Ratio. A fraction (expressed as a percentage) the numerator of which is equal to the aggregate run-time credits issued by the Manager to Users of the Owner Compressors during the three (3) immediately preceding calendar months and the denominator of which is the contract payments which were actually billed by the Manager with respect to the Owner Compressors subject to a User Contract during the three (3) immediately preceding calendar months.
