Ruth Cohen Subordinated Note. Shall mean the unsecured Subordinate Note, dated on or about the date hereof, issued by Borrower and payable to Ruth Cohen in the original principal amount of $9,810,000, as the same now exists or may hereafter be further amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
