RX Shares

RX Shares. Shall mean all securities of RX (including all shares of common stock, preferred stock and all options, warrants and other rights to acquire shares of common stock and preferred stock) owned by Stockholder as of the date of this Agreement or acquired after the date of this Agreement and prior to the Expiration Date.
