Safety Concern. Means any toxicity, serious adverse event, side effect or other safety finding, whether in vitro, in animals or in humans, that leads to a reasonable determination by Durata that the Product exposes or could expose animals or humans to an unacceptable safety risk in relation to therapeutic benefit.
