Salaried Employee Liabilities. The amounts PCC is obligated either to pay for healthcare benefits to, or to reimburse for the purchase of healthcare insurance by, former employees of PCC who retired on or prior to December 31, 2006, each as identified on Attachment A hereto, and such retirees' eligible dependents, under the terms of the Salaried Employer Plans as in effect on the date hereof
