Sale Documents

Sale Documents. Means any agreements, documents, motions, orders, and any modifications, amendments, supplements, schedules, or exhibits thereto executed in connection with any sale, or series of sales, implementing the Restructuring, including a WholeCo Sale Transaction or a Discrete Asset Sale (in each case as defined in the Restructuring Term Sheet), and subject to the consent rights set forth in Section 6.
