Sale Motion
Sale Motion. Means the motion or motions, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer, filed by Seller, pursuant to the provisions of ss.ss.363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Case, among other things, to obtain the Sale Order, approve the transactions contemplated hereby, authorize the assumption and assignment of the Assumed Contracts to Buyer and obtain the Buyer Protection and Bidding Procedures Order.
