SaleLeaseback Proceeds

SaleLeaseback Proceeds. Shall mean all Net Cash Proceeds derived by the Borrower from the Sale-Leaseback Transactions, including, without limitation, any such Sale-Leaseback Proceeds derived by Borrower subsequent to the Sale-Leaseback Date in connection with the Swap Equipment Transactions.
