Sales Quarter

Sales Quarter. Means a period of three (3) successive calendar months commencing on the later of (a) the first day of the first full month following delivery of [*] OnQ Aerosol Generators or (b) the Approval Date, and each three (3) successive calendar month period thereafter during the Term.
