Sanctioned Persons. At any time, (a) any person listed in any Sanctions-related list of designated persons maintained by OFAC, the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or any relevant and applicable European Union member state, (b) any person organized or resident in a Sanctioned Country or (c) any person owned 50% or more or controlled by any such person or persons described in the foregoing clause (a) or (b)
