SAR Base Price

SAR Base Price. Means the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date an SAR was granted, or if the SAR was granted in tandem with an Option (whether or not the Option was granted on a different date than the SAR), in the Committee's discretion, the option price of a Share subject to the Option.
