SaSy Agreement

SaSy Agreement. The First Amended and Restated Agreement, dated February 27, 2001, between Sanofi-Synthelabo and ViroPharma Incorporated pursuant to which ViroPharama holds a sole and exclusive license in the Territory under certain of Sanofi-Synthelabo's patents, patent applications, trademarks and know-how relating to the Compound and/or the Products.
