SBD Property

SBD Property. Means any property (i) owned by the Company, (ii) situated on the Company's premises, or (iii) provided to Employee by the Company for business purposes, excluding, in each case, company promotional items provided for personal use and other de minimis items. For the avoidance of doubt, SBD Property shall not include Employee's personal property, whether or not present on the Company's premises.
