SBDC. Means the Brazilian Antitrust System, comprised of the Brazilian antitrust entities or any other agencies or instrumentalities which may come to exercise any such function, including, without limitation, the Economic Defense Administrative Council (CADE), the Economic Monitoring Department (SEAE) and the Economic Law Department (SDE).
