SBF Priority Collateral

SBF Priority Collateral. Shall mean SBF's interest in Collateral constituting Accounts, contracts, general intangibles, goodwill, books and records relating to the foregoing Collateral and all proceeds thereof. For avoidance of doubt, the phrase general intangibles does not relate to any intellectual property including software, except to the extent directly related to the other items of Collateral, and the phrase all proceeds thereof shall not be construed to modify Section 15.
