Schedule

Schedule. Means for each Purchase a schedule executed by the parties in substantially the form of EXHIBIT A hereto identifying the Purchased Receivables subject to such Purchase and setting forth financial and other details relating to such Purchase, all as contemplated by EXHIBIT A.

Schedule. Means the schedule for development of the System, stated on Attachment C, as it may be revised from time to time in writing by agreement of the parties.

Schedule. Shall mean each of the separate schedule(s) which further describe the products and/or services being provided to Customer by Fidelity and to which these General Terms apply.

Schedule. Is any attached schedule of exceptions attached hereto.

Schedule. Means each Schedule attached hereto, which shall reference the relevant sections of this Agreement, on which parties hereto disclose information as part of their respective representations, warranties, covenants and agreements.

Schedule. When a reference is made in this Agreement to an Article, Section, Appendix, Exhibit or Schedule, such reference is to an Article or Section of, or an Appendix, Exhibit or Schedule to, this Agreement unless otherwise indicated;

Schedule. All timing, including without limitation due dates, milestones and deadlines, associated with performance of Provider's obligations under this Agreement, including without limitation all commitments and requirements regarding the commencement, prosecution and completion of such obligations set forth in a Purchase Order or SOW.
