Example Definitions of "Schedule"
Schedule. Means for each Purchase a schedule executed by the parties in substantially the form of EXHIBIT A hereto identifying the Purchased Receivables subject to such Purchase and setting forth financial and other details relating to such Purchase, all as contemplated by EXHIBIT A.
Schedule. Means the schedule for development of the System, stated on Attachment C, as it may be revised from time to time in writing by agreement of the parties.
Schedule. Shall mean each of the separate schedule(s) which further describe the products and/or services being provided to Customer by Fidelity and to which these General Terms apply.
