Example Definitions of "Scheduled Downtime"
Scheduled Downtime. Means a period of time (i) during the Maintenance Window, (ii) during which the Reservation Function is not Available, and (iii) with respect to which Pegasus gives Customer notice in compliance with subparagraph 8(d) of this First Amended UltraDirect Services Schedule.
