Scheduled Vesting Date

Scheduled Vesting Date. Means the date the Committee certifies (i) the degree to which the applicable performance goals for the Performance Period have been satisfied, and (ii) the number of Units that have been earned during the Performance Period as determined in accordance with the Exhibits, which certification shall occur no later than the 10th day of the third calendar month following the end of the Performance Period.

Scheduled Vesting Date. Shall mean, with respect to a Restricted Stock Unit, the date on which such Restricted Stock Unit is scheduled to vest pursuant to Section 3 of this Award Document.

Scheduled Vesting Date. Section 3. Vesting Requirements and Forfeiture. (a) General. The Share Units shall fully vest on the third anniversary of the Date of Grant (the "Scheduled Vesting Date"), provided that the Participant continues to be employed by the Company or one of its subsidiaries through the Scheduled Vesting Date.
