Scheme Documents. Collectively, (a) the Scheme Circular, (b) the Original Press Release, (c) the Press Release, (d) the Scheme Resolutions and (e) any other document issued by or on behalf of Target to its shareholders in respect of the Scheme and any other document designated as a 'Scheme Document' by the Designated Agent and the Parent Guarantor, the Borrower or any Acquisition Co (if any).
