Scope of Work. The mutually agreed, applicable written work plan for a Project, substantially in the form attached hereto as Attachment I and more particularly as Section IA of Attachment I (Standard Knockout Mice Project), Section IB of Attachment I (Conditional Knockout Mice Project) and Section IC of Attachment I (Knock-In Mice Project).
