Scopia Shares. The 600,000 shares of the common stock of the Company to be issued to the Senior Lender as of the date hereof in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Securities Purchase Agreement, so long as such Scopia Shares are held by the Senior Lender or any individuals or entities that are members of the Senior Lender.
