Screened Persons. Prospective and current owners (other than shareholders who: (1) have an ownership interest of less than 5%; and (2) acquired the ownership interest through public trading), officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of Tenet.

Screened Persons. Pediatrix's prospective and current: (1) owners (other than shareholders who: (i) have an ownership interest of less than 5%; and (ii) acquired the ownership interest through public trading), (2) officers, (3) directors, (4) employees, and (5) physicians, contractors, and agents who furnish health care items or services for any Pediatrix entity that participates in a Federal health care program or that perform billing or coding functions with respect to such items or services.

Screened Persons. Officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of Maximus.
