Search Keyword. Shall mean keywords or phrases selected by Agent on behalf of TechAdsMedia for the purchase of Ads on Authorized Networks; provided that such keywords or phrases at all times: (a) comply with the requirements and restrictions set forth in the Implementation & Compliance Schedule; (b) have not been previously prohibited by TechAdsMedia .
