Means the following individuals, each of which was named as a defendant in the Original Action, in whole or in part, for acts or omissions in his or her capacity as a director or officer of one or more of the Debtors: Cesar L. Alvarez, Bruce Berkowitz, Paul G. DePodesta, Scott Huckins, Kunal S. Kamlani, William C. Kunkler, Joseph Jordan, Edward S. Lampert, Lawrence Meerschaert, Steven Mnuchin, Leena Munjal, Ann N. Reese, Robert Riecker, Dave Rodney, Robert Schriesheim, and Thomas J. Tisch.
