SEC Documents. All reports, forms, statements and other documents (including all amendments and supplements thereto) required to be filed with, or submitted to, the Commission by the Company and its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Securities Act and the Exchange Act at any time on or after July 1, 2012 and the Registration Statement.
