SEC Reports. Means the Company's (1) Registration Statement on Form SB-2 (Amendment No. 4) as filed with the SEC on August 12, 2004, (2) Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended June 30, 2004, and (3) all other periodic and other reports filed by the Company with the SEC pursuant to the 1934 Act subsequent to August 12, 2004, and prior to the date hereof, in each case as filed with the SEC and including the information and documents (other than exhibits) incorporated therein by reference.
