Example Definitions of "Second Closing Date"
Second Closing Date. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Securities Purchase Agreement.
Second Closing Date. The Additional Shares Closing Date (as defined in the Securities Purchase Agreement) or the first Business Day thereafter.
Second Closing Date. Shall mean the date of the Second Closing.
Second Closing Date. Shall mean December 15, 2024, or such other date mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
