Second Interest Only Extension Condition. Borrower's satisfaction of each of the following conditions: (a) no default or Event of Default under any Loan Document shall have occurred and be continuing, (b) Borrower has achieved the conditions set forth in clause (b) of the definition of "First Interest Only Extension Condition", and (c) Borrower has not prepaid the Second Advance pursuant to Section 2.4(b)
