Second Lien Loan Agreement. The loan agreement by and among the Borrowers, as borrowers, the Guarantors, as guarantors, the Second Lien Agent, the Second Lien Lenders and each other party thereto, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.
