SECOND PUT DATE. Means the 7-year anniversary of the Issue Date. 3 "STOCKHOLDER APPROVAL EVENT" means the approval by the stockholders of the Corporation at or before the next annual meeting of stockholders of the Corporation of the issuance of the Series A Preferred Stock and Series B Preferred Stock, the terms thereof and the exchange of shares of Series B Preferred Stock into shares of Series A Preferred Stock.
