Second Restated Holding Note

Second Restated Holding Note. Shall mean the Restated Holding Note as restated to permit additional advances (in excess of the amount permitted as of the date hereof) of up to $3,500,000 to be advanced by International to Holding, as the same now exists and may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
