Second Restated Tranche C Note

Second Restated Tranche C Note. Shall mean the Second Amended and Restated Secured Tranche C Note, dated of even date herewith, by AASI payable to Congress in the original principal amount of $1,500,000, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
