Second Retention Payment Date

Second Retention Payment Date. Shall mean (i) with respect to each Level 2 Employee, Level 3 Employee, Level 4 Employee and Level 6 Employee, the second anniversary of the Closing Date and (ii) with respect to each Level 5 Employee, the date that is eighteen (18) months following the Closing Date.
