Second Stage of Development
Second Stage of Development. Shall mean the process whereby the Kahn Entities shall seek to obtain all Government Approvals as they relate to obtaining approvals for zoning, water and sewer (as well as site approvals for zoning, water and sewer) with respect to a given Option Parcel.
