SECONDARY PRODUCT TECHNICAL SERVICES. Means the provision of personnel to provide additional technical support via telephone, email or similar means, with respect to specific problems that the Primary Product Technical Services personnel were unable to resolve on behalf of the customers of the Custom Probe Sets using commercially reasonable best efforts in conformity with industry standards.
