Section 16(b) Employee
Section 16(b) Employee. The term "Section 16(b) Employee" shall mean an individual who is, or at any time within the preceding six months was, a director, officer, or 10% shareholder of the Corporation within the meaning of Section 16(b) of the 1934 Act.
