Section 424 Employee

Section 424 Employee. An employee of the Company or any "subsidiary corporation" or "parent corporation" as defined in and in accordance with Code Section 424. Such term shall also include employees of a corporation issuing or assuming a stock option in a transaction to which Code Section 424(a) applies.
