Secured Debt Ratio
Secured Debt Ratio. The ratio of (a) Secured Debt to (b) the aggregate amount of Indebtedness of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that are consolidated with the Borrower for purposes of GAAP (including under this Agreement and, for the avoidance of doubt, the Secured Debt Amount, but excluding any Indebtedness of any of the Borrower's Subsidiaries that are SBIC Subsidiaries).
