Secured Debt. Secured Debt. To the extent not prohibited by Laws, all principal, interest, late charges and other sums, charges, premiums, prepayment and other indemnification amounts or other amounts due or to become due under the Loan Documents, together with any other sums expended or advanced by or on behalf of Lender under the Loan Documents or otherwise with respect to the care, maintenance or preservation of the Property or the enforcement of the Loan Documents to the extent permitted under the Loan Documents.
