Secured Hedge Obligations

Secured Hedge Obligations. As used in this Agreement, the terms "Banks", "Event of Default", "Person", "Secured Hedge Agreements", "Secured Hedge Obligations", "Secured Hedge Provider", "Secured Liabilities" and "Secured Parties" have the respective meanings defined in the Loan Agreement.
