Example Definitions of "Secured Note"
Secured Note. Means this Note, any Additional Secured Convertible Notes issued or any notes issued in replacement of the foregoing.
Secured Note. Means this Note, any Additional Secured Convertible Notes issued or any notes issued in replacement of the foregoing.

Secured Note. Means the secured promissory note in the aggregate principal amount of Six Million U.S. Dollars (US$6,000,000) in form and substance as set forth in Exhibit C-1 hereto.
Secured Note. Has the meaning ascribed to such term in the first paragraph of this instrument.
Secured Note. Shall mean that certain Secured Promissory Note to be issued on the Closing Date to the Sellers in the amount of the cash portion of the purchase price which is to be paid following Closing, as provided for in Section 2.2(a), and being in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H.
