Secured Notes

Example Definitions of "Secured Notes"
Secured Notes. The New Notes and/or the Series B Notes. References in this Agreement to Secured Notes shall be deemed to include any Additional Notes relating thereto, to the extent applicable.
Secured Notes. Means up to $12,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Company's 6% Senior Secured Convertible Notes due November 2009.
Secured Notes. Means $350 million in aggregate principal amount of newly-issued senior secured notes issued in connection with the Secured Notes Subscription on terms set forth in the Restructuring Term Sheet.
Secured Notes. Means (i) $225 million in aggregate principal amount of newly-issued first lien secured notes; and (ii) $100 million in aggregate principal amount of newly-issued second lien secured notes, with $75 million issued at closing and $25 million upon refinancing of the Bridge Loan Facility, in each case issued on terms set forth in the Restructuring Term Sheet.
Secured Notes. Means the MKA Note and the New VER Note, as may be amended from time to time.
