Secured Swap Obligations

Secured Swap Obligations. All amounts and other obligations owing to any Secured Swap Party under any Secured Swap Agreement; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, if a Secured Swap Party ceases to be a Lender (or an Affiliate of a Lender), then the Secured Swap Obligations owing to such Secured Swap Party under any such Secured Swap Agreement shall not include any obligations arising from transactions entered into after the time that such Secured Swap Party ceases to be a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender.
