Securities Depository
Securities Depository. A central or book entry system or agency established under Applicable Law for purposes of recording the ownership and/or entitlement to investment securities for a given market.
Securities Depository. Means The Depository Trust Company, and its successors or assigns or any other securities depository selected by the Corporation.
